When you purchase a Pre-order item from us, you will be provided via the product listing and email order confirmation the stated timeframe in which you can cancel and request a refund.

Past this stated time frame, cancellations and refunds will not be given due to the nature of the product. Please be mindful of the cancellation dates and request before the cut off.
