EU Withdrawal Form

If you've purchased from a country within the European Union, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase after 14 days of receiving it. To exercise your right, simply fill out this form with your details and you will be contacted to arrange a return. 

Bear in mind that, postage for the return falls upon the customer. Some items are exempt from the legal right to withdraw, and these items are: Fabrics, PDF Sewing Patterns and products that have been removed from their original packaging.
