Dispatch Times
All orders will be dispatched from the 8th June.
We are currently away on a break. ALL ORDERS (excluding emailed PDF orders) will be dispatched on our return on Monday 8th JUNE.
Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.
Discount Codes
Terms & Conditions of our Discount Codes:

Discount Codes cannot be used on Pre-Order Sewing Boxes.

New Subscriber discount code can be used on any order but only once before expires.
- Discount Codes cannot be combined with other discount codes/sales or promotions. For example: If a product is already discounted on the website, you'll not be able to use discount codes on top.
- If Discounts fail to work and you believe it should. Please reach out, there maybe something wrong our end and we'd love the chance to fix it.
UK Shipping

Orders over £60+ receive FREE delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Aim 1-2 working days)
- Delivery Prices are calculated at checkout for orders under £60
This is a next-day aim service, not guaranteed. If you need a special delivery service, please contact us.
Pre-order items
Pre-order items are excluded from our usual dispatch times. Please see the product pages for dispatch and shipping dates.
If you've placed an order, your shipping date will be included within the order confirmation email.
Things to Note
Once your parcel is handed over to Royal Mail, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays, as this is out of our control. See the section below for more on delays, damage, or missing parcels.
International Shipping
We currently ship physical items to selected European countries. We do not ship outside the UK or Europe.
Canada and USA can purchase digital PDF Patterns only.
Countries we ship to include: Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Vatican City, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom (British Forces).
If your country is not listed, we regret that we do not currently ship to that location.

If a delay occurs, we’ll do our best to contact you quickly with an update.
Missing Orders
If your order is missing — we’re really sorry. It’s always upsetting when your order doesn’t arrive. We are not joking when we say, we are pacing the floor with you wondering where it has got too.
What we can do...

We will do our best to contact Royal Mail and follow up on what’s happened to your parcel.

If delivery failed due to nobody being home, it's the customer’s responsibility to arrange redelivery or collection.

If your parcel is returned to us after failed delivery attempts, your order will be cancelled and refunded. The shipping cost will not be refunded.

Please check that your full delivery address is correct before placing your order. We cannot reimburse for losses due to incorrect delivery details.
What you can do...

Ensure you've provided us with all available information you know of about. i.e. if any attempts have been made by your local delivery depo.

Be patient with us. We do not own the delivery service, and can only do so much. We really care (unlike the big companies) about you getting your order - and we will be making a hole in our carpet, pacing and refreshing the tracking page just as much as you. A little reminder things don't always go to plan, and there is never a need to take it out on other people. We make a cuppa, and take a breath and await further news. We appreciate you.
