    Forest Haze in Indian Block Printed Cotton Fabric 

    This fabric details a soft, nature-inspired design in an earthy forest green on a natural cotton base. Traditionally hand block printed in India, the pattern has a gentle, organic feel that bring depth and movement into your handmade pieces.

    It's lightweight at 98gsm so it's ideal for dresses, blouses and relaxed everyday garments. The muted green colour makes it easy to wear while feeling distinctive and artisan-led.

    As genuine Indian printed fabrics, slight variations in the print reflect the beauty of the traditional hand blocking print techniques used they are not flaws.

    As always with naturally dyed fabrics, we recommend washing this fabric with a handful of salt on the first few washes to help fix the dyes and prevent them running. It is also best to keep your regular laundry separate for those first few, until you feel confident that the colours won't run.  It's perfectly normal to loose a little colour with naturally dyed fabrics.
