Indian Printed Cotton Fabric on Natural Beige

This Indian block printed fabric features a paisley-style motif in deep navy and warm mustard tones on a soft beige base. Traditionally hand block printed in India, this breathable cotton fabric has a lightweight feel and smooth finish. This fabric is ideal for shirts, blouses, dress and everyday handmade pieces.

Subtle variations in the print are part of the beauty of genuine Indian printed fabrics, celebrating craftsmanship and slow production. 

As always with naturally dyed fabrics, we recommend washing this fabric with a handful of salt on the first few washes to help fix the dyes and prevent them running. It is also best to keep your regular laundry separate for those first few, until you feel confident that the colours won't run.  It's perfectly normal to loose a little colour with naturally dyed fabrics.
