Care Instructions: Wash the Denim on it's own for the first wash. Breaking your denim fabric up can help if you can. Putting a large medium-heavy weight denim into the wash can sometimes lead to creases in the denim. It is because it's a stiffer fabric so it doesn't have much room to move around. You can also sink your denim into water before hand, letting it fully absorb so you are putting in the denim already wet. First wash you use a delicate 30 degree cycle with a low spin. Do not tumble dry. When you have made your garment, we recommend washing it inside out.

Caring for Your Fabric

20-30 degrees wash, no tumble dry, hang dry.

Low/Medium Heat Iron.

For fabrics with natural dye (most of our fabrics), we recommend a handful salt for the first couple of washes to prevent the dye running.
