    Organic Cotton 12oz Navy Denim Fabric

    A substantial 12oz organic cotton denim in a deep navy, woven with a firm hand and reassuring weight. At 415gsm, this structured fabric is ideal for jeans, jackets and dungarees. It's a hardwearing wardrobe staple, designed to soften and mould to you over time.

    Fabric Care for Denim:

    Denim benefits from a little care on it's first wash. It's recommended to wash separately on a delicate 30 degree cycle with a low spin.

    Top Tip: Make sure to unfold your fabric before placing it into the drum, the less folds the better. If you keep it folded, you might find the dye around the folded areas will wear away in the wash due to stress.

    As a heavier, stiffer fabric, it can create if tightly packed - soaking beforehand allows the fibres to full absorb the water. Do not tumble dry. Once made, wash garments inside out to preserve the finish. 

    Add a handful of salt to your first view washes helps fix the dye, it's normal for naturally dyed fabrics - especially denim - to loose a little colour on the first washes.  It's also best to keep your fabric separate from normal laundry for a few washes, in case the colour runs.
