Ordering & Shipping
Do you sell by metres?
We sell by half metre. When purchasing fabrics, remember the cost is for half a metre.
Add quantity 2 for a metre of fabric.
How long until my fabrics arrive?
Dispatch
We dispatch orders within 1-2 working days (excluding bank holidays)
We aim to process them ASAP, as fellow sewer, we know how much you want your sewing supplies!!
Delivery
We use Royal Mail as a delivery service. We typically use Tracked 24 (Next Day Aim) on all Orders. On some of our products we do offer First Class (depending on weight)
If you haven't received your order and it's been 10 working days, please get in touch and we'll do us best to track it down.
Can I order samples?
Yes! We do Fabric Samples.
We offer two types of Samples.
A Free Sample Swatch for any fabrics you wish, and you'll be sent a swatch size of 4x5 inch (10x12 cm)
For a 50p charge, you can opt for a 11 inch (30cm) strip instead.
Delivery fees do apply. £2-£3 depending on how many samples are ordered.
I can't seem to place an order, can you help?
Sometimes technology doesn't work for us.
Get in touch if you're having an technical difficulties, or the website simply isn't working for you, we'll be happy to help.
How do I add Discount Codes and Gift Cards to my order?
Got yourself a discount code? Or Gift Card?
Discounts and Gift Cards can be redeemed at checkout.
Once you've added all your desired items to your basket, click through to checkout at the bottom right and you'll be taken to the checkout page.
In the top right corner, you'll see a box saying 'Gift Card or Discount Code'. Add your discount code within this box.
If you have any issues with discount codes, please let us know - we want to make sure you're getting a better deal!

Where do you deliver?
We deliver within the UK: England, Wales or Scotland and Northern Ireland.
We also deliver internationally to the follow locations:
North America: Canada, USA

Who is your delivery courier?
We use Royal Mail for our delivery services.
We prefer to use Royal Mail as they have always been the most reliable and safest option for getting orders to you.
We are look for alterative shipping couriers to provide more options for our customers. Please bear with us whilst we search for the best fit.
Do you charge for delivery?
UK Orders
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout for any orders under £50
Orders over £50+ will get FREE Tracked 24 Royal Mail Service (Next Day Aim)
